Crossover ships within MXTX series is allowed! Crossover characters within other fandoms is not allowed.AUs?
We will allow AUs! So things like modern-AU, sci-fi, soulmates, etc. This also includes AU-fandoms (ie. MXTX characters set in a MHA world; however, they must feature only MXTX characters).Types of works?
Because we're a digital zine, we're pleased to announce that we're very accommodating towards any kind of role people might be interested in! Writers don't need to stick to only poetry or prose (ie. we will allow things like journal entries, mission reports, interviews, and so on). Also, we'll have an application specifically for "Alternative Creators". This is for anyone who doesn't fit within the artist or writer role, such as: Chef, Crafter, Cosplayer, etc. So, for example, if you'd like to create a pattern for a piece of clothing, an embroidery, or paper craft, you can apply with that in mind! We would like to feature whatever people are interested in making, as long as it adheres to our theme!What will be considered a "rarepair"?
It's been decided we will be operating under the following: (using ao3 as our guide)Search for your chosen ship and filter with the following:
- Completed
- Crossovers Included
- English
- "Search within results" - otp: trueShips are considered a rarepair if, using the above filters, the ship has 200 or less fics (with a max of 10 above the limit for some added wiggle room). If the ship is above that limit, it won't be counted!
Note: After pitches are approved, the chosen ship is "frozen" in its standing. If at any point it goes over the threshold of the 200 fics, it's still considered valid since it was chosen before it went over the limit!
